  • Taking our time. To give you the best treatment we want to get to know you. Your first visit will include a comprehensive one-to-one consultation with an expert clinician to help us understand your dental needs, and how best to meet them.

  • Providing you with the highest quality care. Our team of clinicians will make you feel at ease knowing you’re in the best possible hands. We’ll talk you through every step of your treatment to make sure you’re comfortable, and know what to expect.
  • Listening. We know our jobs, but only you know you. We’re here to listen to you: your pain, concerns or just to hear a bit more about you!

Nervous Patients

It’s common to be nervous about visiting the dentist, but that doesn’t make it any easier for you. We know being nervous, or having a fear of dental treatment can be a very serious issue especially if it’s stopping you from getting the treatment you need. We’re here to help.

We are expertly trained in dealing with nervous patients and will work through your concerns in your own time until you feel ready to have treatment. If you’re concerned about visiting us please let us know when you call us. We’ll put aside time in your appointment to talk about and the solutions that we offer, for example sedation (laughing gas).

Emergency Appointments

If you’re in pain and need immediate treatment call the practice on 5623 5588. We have time set aside for emergency appointments every day between Monday and Friday.

Paying For Your Dental Care

We make payment as painless as possible.

Our payment options are designed to suit each and every individual. At Warragul Dental Care we’re always working on making things easier for you. We’re always available to discuss the best payment option for you.

Cash, Bank Cheque, EFTPOS and credit cards

We accept all the major cards at Warragul Dental Care as well as cash and bank cheques. There are no sneaky hidden costs for processing debit cards, Mastercard,Visa or American Express.

Health Fund Members – HICAPS

Processing payments for our Health Fund members is really quick and easy. If your health fund is participating in the HICAPS electronic claims systems we can process your rebate on the spot. That means you only have to pay the outstanding gap and won’t have to process any paperwork.

If your health fund isn’t participating in HICAPS, or you don’t have a HIPCAPS compatible member card, then don’t worry – you’re still entitled to the rebate. We just ask you to pay in full on the day and contact your heath fund who will pay the rebate directly to you.

All health funds pay out a different level of rebate depending on your individual plan. If you’d like to know how much your health fund will pay, we can give you an itemised treatment plan before your next appointment. Then all you have to do is phone up your health fund, read out the list of the item numbers and they will tell you what level of rebate they will pay out.

At Warragul Dental Care our main aim is getting you the dental treatment you need. That’s why we use zipMoney – an easy, interest-free payment plan. zipMoney pay the cost of your treatment upfront and arrange flexible repayments to suit you and your budget. DentiCare Payment Plan


We’re delighted to offer you our DentiCare payment plan. The plan allows you to break up your payments over a period of time. This is a great option to cover the cost of extensive treatment, or emergency treatment that you might not have budgeted for.

Under the plan your payments are fully automated and designed to be simple, quick and straight-forward. You can choose to organise a direct debit using your debit or credit card, and can change these arrangements at any time during your repayment period.

Here are some facts about the DentiCare plan:

  • There’s no interest…ever!
  • You only have to pay a 20% deposit, then you can spread the balance out on your DentiCare payment plan
  • There are no credit checks or credit contracts
  • Minimal paperwork – just one page to fill out
  • You can choose from weekly, fortnightly or monthly payment plans – whatever suits you

Child Dental Benefits Scheme

We are happy to support the Child Benefits Scheme. The Scheme provides financial support for basic dental services for children between 2 and 17 years of age. Warragul Dental Care will bulk bill all patients eligible for the Child Dental Benefits Scheme.

Are you eligible for Child Dental Benefits Scheme?

You may be eligible if your child is:

  • between 2 and 17 years of age
  • eligible for Medicare
  • receiving certain government benefits e.g. Family Tax Benefit Part A
