We’ve got a team of highly experienced dentists and oral health therapists who want to know every nook and cranny of your mouth. The first thing we’ll do is check your oral health so we know what issues to keep an eye on, and what to treat.

Special care if you’re a nervous patient
If you or your child feel anxious about the Dentist, you’ve come to the right place. We’re experts in treating nervous patients and will make sure you feel calm and relaxed during your visit. Let us know if you’re anxious before you come in, so we can arrange for you to have extra care.
Emergency treatment when you need it
If you’re coming in for an emergency, we’ll take good care of you. We have emergency appointments between Monday and Friday to get you out of pain, fast.

The New Patient Welcome pack helps us get to know your mouth in more detail so we can tailor all your treatment. We find out how your teeth and gums are looking, any pains, things to keep an eye on and, most importantly, whether you’re a dog or a cat person (Bruce and Dave hope you say dog).
Here’s what you can expect during your New Patient Welcome appointment:
- A comprehensive dental examination
- Mouth cancer screening
- Full gum disease assessment
- Diagnostic x-rays
- 3D scan of your teeth and a full suite of digital images
- A chat about any concerns you have with your teeth and gums

- Personal treatment plan with treatment fees

Cosmetic Smile Consultation
Our Cosmetic Smile Consultation is all about discovering the smile of your dreams. One of our experienced Smile team will take a detailed look at your smile, what you want to achieve and how we’ll get there.
During your Cosmetic Smile Consultation, we’ll:
- Take a detailed aesthetic evaluation of your smile
- Capture a suite of cosmetic images and measurements to assist in analysing your smile
- Listen to your smile objectives
- Carefully create a detailed treatment plan outlining your treatment choices and expected investment.
If you decide to go ahead, we’ll have all the information we need to get started as soon as possible.
